A profile, not a pile of cards
Every member has one record shared by the POS, the app and WhatsApp. You can see visit frequency, the drink they order most and lifetime spend, which is what you need before you send a reminder or a win-back offer.
Birthday and anniversary rewards can go out on WhatsApp the morning of, with SMS if that customer is not on WhatsApp.
